Who can apply

• Upper age relaxation: SC/ST +5 years, OBC (non-creamy layer) +3 years, PwBD and others as per the notice
• Bulletin p15-16: JRF 'Not more than 30 years as on 01st day of the month in which the examination is concluded i.e. 01.12.2026'. 'Total age relaxation on the above ground(s) shall not exceed five years under any circumstances' (p16). Qualifying exam (p13): at least 55% (without rounding off) in Master's Degree or equivalent for General/Unreserved/General-EWS; at least 50% for OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD/PwBD/Third gender; final-year Master's students may apply provisionally and must pass with the required marks within two years of the NET result (one year for 'Admission to Ph.D. only').
