Who can apply

  • Age 18–23 on 1 Jan 2026
  • Upper age relaxation: SC/ST +5 years, OBC (non-creamy layer) +3 years, PwBD and others as per the notice; only the highest one applies
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are not eligible to apply. Specific relaxations in height and chest standards apply to ST, North-Eastern states, Gorkha Territorial Administration, Ladakh, Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas, etc. PET Race: Male: 5 km in 24 mins (Ladakh: 1.6 km in 7 mins); Female: 1.6 km in 8.5 mins (Ladakh: 800 m in 5 mins).
