Who can apply

  • Age 18–30 on 1 Jan 2027
  • Upper age relaxation: SC/ST +5 years, OBC (non-creamy layer) +3 years, PwBD and others as per the notice; only the highest one applies
  • Further relaxations apply for Ex-Servicemen, Serving Railway Staff/Casual Labour/Substitutes, Quasi-Administrative office staff, and Widowed/Divorced/Judicially separated women.
