Customer Service Associate (Clerk)		A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government (as on 21.08.2026); proficiency in the opted local language of the State/UT applied for; computer literacy (certificate/diploma/degree in computer operations or language, or computer/IT studied as a subject in high school/college/institute). Ex-Servicemen without these: matriculate with the Army Special Certificate of Education or Navy/Air Force equivalent after at least 15 years of service as on 21.08.2026.	—

Upper age relaxation: SC/ST +5 years, OBC (non-creamy layer) +3 years, PwBD and others as per the notice
p6: born not earlier than 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2006 (both dates inclusive). SC/ST/OBC (NCL) relaxation is cumulative with only one of the remaining categories II(3) to II(5) (PwBD, ESM/DESM, widows etc.). Maximum age applies to General and EWS. Serving personnel whose specific period of engagement ends on or before 20.08.2027 may apply as ESM (p7).
